Technology:It is obtained from mixed pomace of Barbera, Nebbiolo and Erbaluce grapes, distilled after a short period of preservation from harvesting.
Extraction from still at about 73° alcohol.
The different parts of grappa are rested in stainless steel containers for at least 6 months. There is also a further stop of one month after the grade reduction operations before bottling.
