Cutting board in solid wood creating by combining woods of different types glued with glue for food use and treated with wine vaseline, oil and cutting board wax. It is a cutting board "fact by hand"and, therefore, can have small processing defects.
No paint has been used; the color of the cutting board is given by the various types of wood that have been used.
The chopping board is solid and durable and can normally be used for the presentation of cheeses and cured meats.
The cutting board has the following dimensions (Largh. x Lungh. x Alt.): 26cm x 40cm x 2cm.

The cutting board was initially treated with petroleum jelly (Product: Odorless, Colorless, Tasteless Petroleum Jelly for Oenological Use. It is a vaseline oil in accordance with purity F.U., FDA and USP, which meets the criteria for contact with food substances) and then with a layer of oil and wax (Product: Uulki Wax and Natural Oil for Wood 2 in 1).
The glue used is specific for food use (Product: Titebond Iii Ultimate Wood Glue,FDA approved for indirect contact with food).
The handles are made of zinc alloy.
