Bottling: With isobaric machine and capping with technical cap 100% cork microgranulo.

Color: very discharged yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose:citrus fruits, honey, intense fermentative notes, yellow fruit.
Taste: acid, definitely fresh. Very fine foam.
Pairings:ideal for aperitifs and snacks. Great with fish first courses and pizza.
