Sparkling white wine produced according to the Ancestral Method from Erbaluce and Moscato grapes. The vineyards are located on the morainic soils of the wild Valchiusella.
Ideal for an aperitif or pizza!
Colour: straw yellow.
Perlage: quite fine, not very persistent.
Bouquet: intense with hints of peach.
Taste: fresh and sapid.
The wines of the Valchyara company are completely natural: the grapes are grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides; wines are not filtered; the presence of sulfites is very low.
