Born in Turin in 1786 and recognized as a traditional Italian agri-food product, Vermouth is a red flavored wine.
The name comes from the German "Wermut", the aromatic herb indispensable to produce it: Artemisia absinthium.
You can taste it smoothly (with ice and lemon zest), use it at the base of your cocktails or to cook meat (e.g. stew).
