Turban is a Classic Dry White Method Sparkling Wine (Pas Dosè) obtained from 100% Erbaluce grapes.
The first fermentation is carried out in steel followed, in the spring of the following year, by the fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The bottles are stored in an insulated environment, at controlled temperature. This sparkling wine remains aging on yeasts for at least 48 months, until a pleasant and adequate maturity is reached. It will follow the disgorgement that does not provide for the addition of a liqueur d'expédition in order to enhance the purity and essentiality of Caluso Herbaceous, in its mineral and herbaceous notes.
