Turban is a Classic Dry White Method Sparkling Wine (Brut) obtained from 100% Erbaluce grapes.
The first fermentation is carried out in steel followed, in the spring of the following year, by the fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The bottles are stored in an insulated environment, at controlled temperature. This sparkling wine remains aging on yeasts for at least 30 months, until a pleasant maturity is reached. It will follow the disgorgement that provides for the addition of a liqueur d'expédition that has in its formulation of The Herbaceous of Caluso Passito vintage, to give rise to a singular and refined Brut.
