Smoking is more intense than cold smoke.

Fillet or slice of hot smoked salmon rainbow trout.
As soon as received, the fillet is knocked down to a temperature of -20C°. Once thawed, marinating in salt and sugar is carried out and then smoked in the oven at a temperature above 57C° in order to cook the product.
The fillet is then left to rest and then vacuumed.

Handcrafted handcrafted product. Bred in Italy in spring water.

How to enjoy natural smoked trout : openthe bag and let the product breathe for about 15 minutes. Cut the fillet diagonally, preparing thin slices. Enjoy it with a nut of butter and toast.
