Color:ruby red, particularly intense in the Upper type, tends to garnet with aging.
Bouquet:intense, vinous as a young man, persistent: cherry, plum, dark berries prevail, which evolve into hints of jam and fruit in spirit, therefore more or less intense balsamic, spicy and sometimes floral notes; with maturation in wood develops hints of cinnamon, cocoa and licorice.
Taste:it is full, of great warmth and harmony. The aging gives complexity and richness of sweet and velvety tannins and a long taste-olfactory persistence.
