Characteristics: salmon pink color, bright and clear. Intense aromas of fresh fruit, raspberry and strawberry but also green apple. Fresh and thirst-quenching with a good aromatic persistence due to a right acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies all types of appetizers, fish dishes and shellfish.
