Vinification and aging:harvest at the end of September. Thermocontrolled fermentation at 25°C with maceration of the skins for 7-9 days. Aging in steel for 4-6 months.
Characteristics: bright ruby red color. Intense and persistent aroma of red fruits and undergrowth. Excellent with red meats, boiled meats and game. Ideal with aged cheeses
