Carnaroli is a variety of rice among the finest and used in haute cuisine dishes. Thanks to its organoleptic characteristics, in fact, it keeps slow cooking very well keeping the beans well separated. A rice "always al dente"!

Method of preparation: in a saucepan heat 2 tablespoons of oil and a knob of butter and toast the rice. Add half a glass of boiling water (or, if you prefer, blend with Erbaluce white wine). Evaporate and add boiling water until cooking is complete. Manteca with butter or Maccagno.

Ingredients: classic Carnaroli rice (90%), dehydrated red radicchio, extract for vegetable broth (2.5%): protein extract, soy and corn vegetables, iodized salt (36.5%), dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions: onions, carrots, garlic, celery, parsley, tomato (6%), corn seed oil; dehydrated onion and garlic in varying proportions.
