Vacuum packed, the meat is a little darker in color: this is due to the absence of oxygen inside the package. Once the envelope is opened, the meat will regain its natural red color and be ready to use.

You can order from Saturday to Wednesday. The delivery takes place on Friday.
Orders received on Thursday or Friday will be processed on the Friday of the following week.
