Some ideas to taste the Fondue:
- potato gnocchi with Speckanavese and fondue of Fontegidia;
- polenta croutons with mushrooms and Fontegidia fondue;
- vol-au-vent with Fontegidia fondue;
- pasta with Fontegidia fondue and chopped walnuts.

How to use: heat in a saucepan in a bain-marie or in a microwave oven directly in the jar, removing the cap first.
