Revej - Caluso DOC Passito Reserve

Revej is a sweet passito white wine obtained from 100% Erbaluce grapes.

The carefully selected bunches are naturally withered in fruit, on mats arranged in sheltered and well-aerated environments in the upper parts (floors) of the Canavean farmhouses.
After 4-6 months, with the withering completed, the deaciation and delicate pressing is carried out. The dense must obtained will be fermented in steel barrel and, after decanting and repeated beams, it will be aged in steel and cement for the next 8-10 years, the time it takes to obtain a product that reflects the canons of tradition, unique and precious.
Before being placed on the market, it reconstitutes in the bottle for at least a year and can be allowed to evolve for many years, even decades.
