Coriander organic honey, produced in Emilia Romagna and Marche, crystallizes a few months after harvest forming a compact mass.
It has an intense aroma that slightly resembles the spice from which it derives, in the mouth it issweet and fruity, reminiscent of marzipan.
Very suitable to accompany aged cheeses and foods with fatty notes such as croutons with lard.
