Honey with a light color, floral and vanilla aroma,and on the whole a delicate taste.
Excellent natural energizer as it is rich in enzymes and fructose easily assimilated by the body. It represents a valid alternative to sugar and other natural sweeteners for herbal teas, infusions, yogurt or milk.
After bevelling, the honey is left to decant, then filtered and packaged without being subjected to thermal storage treatments.
