Flour is obtained by grinding the hemp seed after its pressing to obtain oil. It gives a nutty taste and a golden brown complexion to the doughs in which it is added.
Excellent in addition to other types of flour. It can replace cereal flour in proportions from 7 to 20% depending on taste in the doughs of all bakery products (bread, breadsticks, pizzas, friselle, taralli, biscuits), in the crepe batter, in béchamel sauce, homemade pasta (also with fillings), gnocchi, shortcrust pastry, flouring in general. In the preparation of cakes and biscuits it is necessary to halve the amount of butter indicated in the recipe because hemp flour already contains a part of oil. You can use up to a third of the total in macaroons and other biscuits.
In 100 grams of hemp flour we find: about 300 calories; 30 grams of protein; 3 grams of carbohydrates; 8 grams of fat; 49 grams of fiber.
No preservatives or additives. Gluten-free or psychoactive substances.
