Technology:obtained from mixed pomace of Barbera, Nebbiolo and Erbaluce grapes, distilled after a short period of preservation from harvesting.
Extraction from still to about 77° alcohol. The selection of the different batches of grappa is made to rest for at least 6 months in steel tanks before diluting it with water up to 60 ° alcohol to slow down the process of extraction of wood aromatic substances.
It follows an aging of about 24 months in 28 hl oak barrels in order to define it as a reserve.
