Dough ingredients (80%): dehydrated potato flakes 30%, starches, wheat flour (containing gluten), salt, vegetable fiber, egg yolk powder, skimmed milk powder, preservatives (sorbic acid, sodium metabisulphite), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), emulsifiers (sodium pyrophosphate acid, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium diphosphate), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavors.

Filling ingredients (20%): cheeses (Edamer, Maasdammer, Aosta Valley cheese) 34% (containing milk), speck 16% (pork, salt, spices, natural flavors, dextrose, fructose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), ricotta cheese (whey, milk, lactic acid), vegetable fiber, salt.
