The Salumificio Nadia offers the consumer products made according to ancient Canavesian recipes,able to preserve all the authenticity and simplicity of a gastronomic art boasting of this land. All products come from local meat selected and guaranteed by pig farms born and bred in Piedmont. Farmers feed their pigs with cereals produced directly from their farms.
The blends of natural aromas and spices that give the products an unmistakable flavor have been jealously guarded for generations and are the real secret of a tradition that lives thanks to the work of Pietro Moriondo and his master salami workers. All products are gluten-free. The entire supply chain process from the birth of pigs, to the slaughter of meat and final production is scrupulously controlled by Salumificio Nadia.
