The Spalletta di Ingria is a salami that recalls the motet that our grandparents made at home. This is thanks to the mix of salt, pepper in large grains and mountain berries with which this meat is flavored before being seasoned.
Cut thin, it is ideal for an aperitif or a nice sandwich!

The Ingria Shoulder is produced with a particular cut of the pig shoulder. Once degreased, it is flavored with a mix of salt, pepper in grains and mountain berries and then seasoned for at least 40 days.

Thin cut is ideal for aperitif.
