Cheese of Protected Origin produced by the historic Bredy Dairy in Gignod (AO).

Based on whole milk, Fontina is produced following a strict specification: after a minimum maturation of 80 days and after a careful check, the commission of the Consorzio Tutela Fontina places the characteristic stamp of Fontina DOP.

The taste is sweet, the scent is typical of milk; the paste is soft and melting in the mouth.


The pieces are cut by hand. The weight of the product can therefore vary by 10% more or less than indicated.
