BEPPE is a toma with raw cow's milk. Soft paste,the processing is based on semi-skimmed milk. Seasoning of 3 months. Soft and creamy, it is a toma that remains very tasty (its smell tastes like a stable, a cow) whether it is made in winter or done in summer.
