After so many years spent doing a totally different job, Sara decides to finally do what she has always loved, but... among many sweets, which one to choose? In the end she chose to propose again a product that has long disappeared in the area and that she ate as a child: a particular puff pastry that needs a long manual processing and precise rest times. A laborious, delicate but unique product: the Hearts of St. Bessos.
