La Ruà by Edoardo Data specializes in the processing of dried fruits and the production of nut, hazelnut and almond oil and gluten-free and lactose-free biscuits.

... from the passion for good food we look for the best raw materials to create moments of culinary ecstasy, both regarding the part of alternative condiments and that of gluten-free dry pastry. The latter not only for intolerant people, but for anyone... A very normal pastry shortbread in which, instead of using a classic wheat flour, we inserted rice flours and corn.
