Trucano Salumi

Trucano Salumi offers a line of artisanal cured meats designed by Trucano Mirko. The company uses only pigs raised in Piedmont and differs for its particular search for natural spices and fine cuts of meat.

Enriched by Genepy grown in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park are the Genepy Lard and the Genepy flavored tometta: the latter, new in 2022, is produced with alpine milk from the Park.

A cured meat to be discovered is then the Speckanavese, spicy cured meat aged 90 days.
