The activity develops in the magnificent area of Canavese with the precise intention of offering the public consumer products related to the traditions of the Canavesana area obtained exclusively with piedmontese local pigmeat, coming from controlled and guaranteed farms.

Unfortunately, in the difficult 70s the Italian market began to orient itself towards large-scale distribution by promoting poor quality products at low prices, but continuing with scrupulous craftsmanship the Salumificio Nadia has managed in all these years to defend its genuine products and to meet the esteem and growing trust of foodies.
