The Agricula beer from the name itself recalls something rural, agricultural precisely. Inspired by German Weizen, i.e. barley andwheat beers,it has a characteristic that is evident to everyone: it is cloudy. The turbidity of this beer is brought precisely by wheat, which compensates for this lack of clarity with a remarkable stability and foam quality. The latter is very important for beer because it preserves it from the negative action of external agents dispersed in the air that would oxidize it quickly going to vary its flavor and aroma.
The alcohol content settles around 4.5% and therefore is enjoyable at any time of the day, but if you wanted to accompany it with some excellent cheese or salami it would not be bad, just as it used to be. If we wanted to further link the Agricula to our territory we could accompany it with a good polenta that is very close to it as a food for composition and nutritional properties.
