The "Masca" is a blonde beer at the same time very simple and complex.
The idea of brewing this beer is highly sought after, as it marries two very different concepts. The ingredients are those of one of the most famous types of beer in the world, namely those of a Pilsner, a strictly blonde type of beer with a simple character. In this case, its production refers to the beer consumed in Munich with the classic ingredients that characterize it, but distinct from the high fermentation processing. This creates a combination of modern and ancient that goes well with most foods consumed today, such as meat, fish, vegetables, pizzas or first courses.
The alcohol content is around 5% giving that right intake of alcohol that serves to make a meal or an aperitif more delicious, while the right gasting, strictly natural and developed with the second fermentation in the bottle, gives freshness and lightness.
